Superfoods: The Best

There’s a lot more to safety than a Home Security system and driving the speed limitwhat about your body’s safety? If you’re eating right you’ve got the best chance of staying healthy and we’ve been hearing a lot about a new crop of superfoodsso what are the best foods out there to stock up on?
Nuts: Peanuts to walnuts, every type gives you some type of benefit. They’ve got tons of protein so they’ll keep you full and the healthy fat in nuts is actually the kind you need. Snack away but remember to take small portions!
Berries: From blackberries to cranberries, the darker colored a berry is the better it is for you. Antioxident rich and tasty, too, there are a lot of fall berries that are about to be plentiful so stock up now.
Salmon: Lower in mercury than some other fish, salmon has a ton of Omega-3s and lot of healthy vitamins. It’s a great filler to have at least once a week and it’s an easy fish for those who don’t love seafood to begin with.
